Testimony2
For about a year I prayed for a husband, I just
didn't want any kind of husband, I was looking for one in
particular. I wanted a husband that was in church and knew how to
worship God. I prayed and prayed for one, well I quit praying for
a husband because really I thought it was a hopeless cause. Then I
started praying for God to show me where to make my home church. I
prayed and prayed on that, then I started going down to House of
Prayer on Friday nights then I would go on Sunday church services.
I loved it, so I started praying that if it was the Lord's will
for me to go to House of Prayer. I asked God to show me a sign, he
did. I went to church one night at a revival at a church and the
preacher got up and started preaching and all he talked about was
the House of Prayer. After he preached he had all the congregation
to come up to the altar and pray, after that we all were standing
up front and there was some people getting prayed for and he came
to me and told me that I had got my answer that night. He prayed
for me and I knew that House of Prayer was going to be my home
church. That is how I got down to House of Prayer. I started going
down there and I saw a guy that I was sort of interested in. He
was definitely what I was looking for, he worshipped and he was a
Christian .
So I started praying, Lord I want him for my husband. I would pray
in the morning ,I would pray at lunch time, I would pray at
bedtime, I prayed all the time. I would quote John 14:14 over and
over ,then I would quote Ephesians 3:20, I just prayed ,and prayed
because I wanted this man for my husband. One morning I got up and
got ready for Sunday school, and I prayed " Lord I want you to
show me if this man is my husband, if he is my husband I want him
to ask me for a phone number or just something." Well I went to
church and after church, this man followed me out to my car, he
and I talked for a while, then right before he left he said "maybe
we can go out some time when I'm off." Then he told me his number.
I got in the car and I had my two little cousins in the car with
me, and I had almost wrecked because I kept thanking God that he
answered my prayer. I thought I was going to have to get out of
the car and step out on the side of the road and start jumping and
shouting. I made it home I flew in the house to tell my mom I
called everybody about my prayer that got answered. I would claim
him, I would say "he is mine in Jesus Name," I knew that there was
power in that name. Well we talked for a while, and we talked for
a while ,and I prayed for a while ,and I prayed for a while. One
night this man and I went out .We were sitting at a table talking
when something just spoke to me and said fast for one week. If I
want this man for my husband I was going to have to fast one week.
I thought wow! But I wanted this man for my husband so I fasted
for one week. It got hard real hard but I prayed and the Lord
helped me through it. I ended my fast after one week, which was
that Friday. That Sunday the man that I prayed for asked me to
marry him! My prayer was answered, I thanked and praised God over
and over. I still do there is not a day goes by that I don't thank
God. God has truly blessed me and my husband.

ALL THAT THEY HAVE DONE FOR ME I COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER PASTOR
OR PASTOR'S WIFE YOU TWO REALLY MEAN ALOT TO ME ,THANKS FOR
EVERYTHING.

you have shown to my family and myself it really means a lot,
