Not to sound arrogant but, "ney" is completely off base with the legal info in the question. The reference "the the age of 21" is related to the National Minimum Drinking Age Act of 1984 which regulates the purchase of alcohol, not the private consumtion. Federal law explicitly provides for religious, medical, employment and private club possession exceptions. You can make wine a biblical debate if you would like, but you must take the law out of your debate! There is no violation of legal statues when a child partakes of communion. Any law that would "prohibit the free exercise" of religion would be in direct violation of the first amendment of the US Constitution!!!!! Thank GOD, we currently still have a constitution thanks protects our religious freedoms!
