I assume you are referrering to women's dress with this question. One of our scriptural basis for our women's dress is based on modesty: 1Ti 2:9 In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array;
We do not criticize those who wear short sleeves. If you have attendend our service you will understand when I say that we wish our women wear clothing that is modest as they partcipate in worship.It is very important that the body be covered in worship, see the type in Exo 28:42. I do not wish to argue the term modesty, but I am sure our Pastor will gladly take the time to thoroughly answer your question, but as in the garden, I find that what we feel is sufficient covering of our nakedness is often not shared by God. Gen. 3:7-21
